Our Story
Street Smart Investments Ltd. was founded with a straightforward premise: Alberta's multi-family real estate market is best served by investors who are deeply local, operationally hands-on, and structured to close efficiently.
We are an Alberta-based firm that specializes in acquiring and operating income-producing multi-family and commercial properties across the province. Our focus is on markets we know intimately — starting with Lethbridge as our primary market, and extending to Calgary, Edmonton, and growing secondary markets throughout Southern Alberta.
