No. We work directly with property owners — no broker or agent required. This means a faster, more straightforward process with fewer parties involved.
How quickly can you close?
Typically 30–90 days after a signed agreement, but we're flexible. If you need longer — or shorter — we'll work around your timeline.
What is a Vendor Take-Back (VTB) and should I consider it?
A VTB means you act as the lender — we pay you over time rather than all at once. This can result in a higher sale price, steady income, and potential tax advantages. We're happy to explain the details in a call.
Do you buy properties that need repairs?
